Due to the nature of spice and food products, Sihini Spices maintains strict return policies.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for opened food or spice products.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Eligible Refunds

• Damaged items during delivery
• Incorrect product received
• Defective packaging

3. Non-Refundable

• Opened products
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Items damaged after delivery

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
